They're at it again. Not content with 12% over 4 years (they want 16%), the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association (BPPA) is planning shipboard protests outside the U.S. Conference of Mayors' annual meeting overlooking Dorchester Bay. They've rented a 68' boat and are encouraging cops to come out in their private boats to picket, according to the Herald.
The goal is to embarrass Mayor Menino in front of his fellows.
They may embarrass themselves.

It'll be embarrassing when they start falling over the rails and have to cling to their signs to stay afloat.
