Unjust Murder Charge, And I'm Not The Only One Who Thinks So

I wrote this and this about the absurd and frightening charging decision made by the Middlesex D.A. in the Pring-Wilson case.

I just came across this piece on relentlessdefense.com with a similar take.

I don't often agree with professional defense attorneys.

D.A. Coakley is dangerously off base here.  I pray the jury sees its way through.

February 2006 UPDATE: I welcome Agitator readers, and draw your attention to  this most recent news article on the Pring-Wilson case.  Note the tenor of the Assistant D.A.'s words about Pring-Wilson's pre-trial confinement.  This is an utterly political prosecution, in the most far-out, left-leaning city in all of Massachusetts.
