Apple Retail Stores, Part 2

I have been taken to task for my negative post about the staff at the "Genius Bars" at Apple stores.  The earlier of my many critics did nothing but harden my position with comments that derided my social skills and called me an "asshole" and a "dickweed".  But later comments took a more measured approach.

The commenters, Apple fans or employees, to be sure, say I should give the place another chance, telling me of rude and demanding customers and citing Apple policies that may have caused the managerial ineptitude I described.  In the spirit of fairness, I urge you to read their comments at the link above.
