Audi Headlight Theft in Boston's Bay Village

The problem of Audi headlight theft affects even our out-of-town visitors.  Yesterday I spotted a lovely Audi S4 from New York, missing its headlights.  I believe the crime occured here, because I saw no evidence of accumulated gunk inside the sockets, the absence of which indicates the car didn't make the highway drive from NY in that condition.  Also, the aftermarket performance brake calipers and the condition of the car indicate that the owner is the type to drive right over to Audi and get new lights, rather than drive around without them.  Sorry, pal.  But I'm sure plenty of Bostonians get mugged in New York, so maybe we're even?

This is reported almost every other day on the Audiworld forum by owners around Boston and in New Jersey.

I own an Acura TL - S 2003.
My headlights were stolen from my parking lot beginning of May. After 3 weeks finally got them put back in, with a new hood, etc.
Last week they were stolen again.....
