Planes & Trains, or Automobiles?

At the Truth About Cars, Colin Murchie eviscerates Robert Farago's earlier, incorrect, assertion that cars are "cleaner and more fuel efficient" than public transportation.  Both are worth reading.  I think Murchie's right on all counts.  And I love cars.  (Duh.)
