It Could Easily Have Been a Lynch Mob

I certainly don't know all the facts, but taken at face value, I agree with Orin Kerr: this is a moral outrage.  It's what we New Englanders think Texas is like, but probably isn't - most of the time.  Probation?  They left him on a fire ant mound.  That says it all.
