Miers Won't Be on the Court, But She'll Still Be in the White House

Well, thank goodness that's over - they finally found a face-saving excuse for Harriet Miers to withdraw her nomination to the Supreme Court.  But I have one concern left: given her second-rate education, her tenuous grasp of Constitutional principles, and her stunningly incompetent writing and speechifying, I don't think she's qualified to be White House Counsel.
