Deval Tells Me Not To Buy This Car

I was thinking about stepping into the bidding here -it's $28,500 as of this writing, with a few hours to go- for this seemingly nice 993 Coupe.  I want one, and I'm not getting any younger.  So what's holding me back?  It's a combination of my last eBay car-buying experience, which left me embarrassed by my overpaying, and Deval Patrick's hand in my pocket.

Among Deval, the statehouse full of Democrats and the U.S. House full of Democrats, I'm quite sure I need to be saving all my excess cash - if not to pay taxes, then to pay the therapist.
