This Mohammed cartoon "scandal" is out of control. On one hand, I'm pleased, because the Europeans finally see what insanity is coming from the Moslem world. (Attention France: you maybe want to rethink your whole Iraq position, no?) On the other hand, the idea that millions of Moslems are offended enough by the cartoons to think they should be sanctioned in some way is a depressing comment on an entire religion that I thought could hardly show itself to be any worse than it already has.
