Is Greece a Third World Nation?

News reports about the airplane crash in Greece are still jumbled and contradictory, two days after the fact.  It seems attributable to the Greek authorities, whose heads appear so firmly planted up their asses you'd think that's where the plane impacted.  Jesus.  Not only don't they know the names of the passengers yet, they don't know how many children were aboard the plane.  What a backwards country.  I guess it peaked too soon.
