Since day one in Iraq I've been disagreeing with the people who compare Iraq to Vietnam. However, since day one in Iraq I've been saying it will go exactly like the Soviet experience in Afghanistan.
We both "won" quickly.
Both the US and the Sov KIA rates were (are) quite low. The Sovs only had 12,500 KIA's in 10 years in Afghanistan. We're right on that pace.

I was counting on you to write about how it's impossible to fly them home, because of their limited range. :)
